Unable to enter renewed licence code

I just updated following the on screen flashing prompt, but now I cannot use the program because my licence had expired. I have paid for a new licence code but still cannot get past the licence information screen, and the "register now" button greyed out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the history is obviously saved somewhere. Help!

Licence-codes don't expire, so there is no need to buy a new one. Just extend your updating permission.
