Schnapper eBay Tools - Support-Forum

When I add a new item, either directly, or by importing my watch list, The item title is "Pardon our interruption..." and most of the other fields have a zero value. The item number is correct and the end time is always exactly 10 days from when I add the item. Thumbnails are not shown, but double click will open in a web page as normal. I have updated to the latest version, but this has not helped. I have not allowed a bid to happen as I cannot be sure what will happen.

a sample line from a saved list (opened in Geany) is:

305867283063,#2024-11-14 11:35:13#,"",0,"","nn","Alle Artikel",0,"p","","","Pardon our interruption...","",1," MY-EBAY-ID",0,"","",0,0,"","",0,0,0,0,,,,,,,,,,,,""

Do you have any suggestions?

You can try this:
Open the workdirectory of SchnapperPro by hitting F7.
Open the file settings.ini with an editor.
Locate line the line [SchnapperPro]
and place this line below:
SlowImports=1
Save the changes an close the file.

Restart SchnapperPro and try to refresh a single item.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have added the line to settings.ini and initially I thought all was well as I was able to add and import items, however, refreshing results in a random number or all of the items showing the previous problem, so I it may have helped, but not quite there yet. Refreshing again does not make things better.
